I have been a client of yours for some time,
____(1)____ I was naturally very disappointed with the delivery I received from you this morning. In particular, I would like to draw your attention to the following:

____(4)____ , as you will remember, it was raining heavily this morning and water seeped into the packaging, effectively spoiling about twenty percent of the merchandise.
____(5)____ , when I checked the contents against the packing list, I discovered that some items were missing. I am prepared to accept this as a mistake made in good faith. I am not,
